New markets in Mexico – High potential: epi represents AMF-Bruns in Latin America

Since 1 February 2019, the Mexico City-based company Equipos para Ingenios, S.A. de C.V. has been the first port of call for customers in the conveyor technology sector in Mexico and Latin America. ‘There are 52 cane sugar factories in Mexico alone and thus high potential in terms of investment and replacement demand. We have our sights set on other sectors, too,’ reports Jan Woltermann, CEO of AMF-Bruns. ‘In order to ensure new customers receive optimal service from the very outset, constant, local contact is required. The company epi is now on hand as a competent and experienced partner. As soon as projects materialise, AMF-Bruns provides support from Germany.’ Currently, the focus is on establishing collaboration between the two companies with the preparation of a website, trade fair appearances and advertising materials.
