Quality management

Products of the highest quality, maximum delivery reliability and maximum cost-efficiency. For us, and for our customers, these are the key criteria on which we base all of our production processes.  

We have consequently examined our internal processes in detail over the last few years and optimised them based on the principles of lean management and production. This includes the systematic introduction of clocked flow production in one-day cycles as well as work planning based on the number of hours. These measures have led to a sustainable improvement in material flow and a significant reduction in throughput and processing times. This enabled us to further improve our delivery times. 

However, every one of our employees has also benefited from the optimisation measures, as their workspaces have also been redesigned based on ergonomic criteria. Furthermore, we introduced a quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001 some years ago, which covers our entire design and production process and makes an ongoing contribution to the high quality of our products.
