Special systems

AMF - Bruns grows with the requirements of the customers. We carry out ongoing technical development of conveyance devices and special systems. In cooperation with our customers, we find the solutions for their specific requirements.

Examples of this are crushers, paste hoppers and silo discharge systems for hard-to-handle and hardly flowing materials.

Silo discharge of hardly flowing materials: the figure shows a combination clearing arm/auger system for reliable discharge and dosing of hardly flowing materials such as pastes, slurries and other bridging substances out of silos and hoppers. Hereby, a rotating clearing arm activates the discharge.

The slotted base promotes a uniform volume flow. Downstream combing discharge screw conveyors safely dose the slow-flowing substances from the receiver and ensure their transportation to the transfer point.

Our lump crushers for light and soft bulk materials are primarily used by the sugar industry - to disintegrate material caked together.

Our dual-shaft, bulky item crushers are primarily used in power stations and incineration plants, in the area of the ashes.
